Packages typically reach the courier within 2 – 6 business days. The following delivery time estimates are counted in business days (Monday-Friday), not calendar days. A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent to you after your package has been scanned in by the courier, this can sometimes take an additional business day. Our main warehouse is based in Russia We provide tracking numbers for each package. Most packages are delivered by the courier to your house. If the delivery attempt was unsuccessful, you should visit your local postal office. It is YOUR responsibility to look at the tracking number and pick up your parcel. However, we remind our customers if your package is awaiting you in the postal office. There are two shipping options available for you: EMS (Priority Mail Express) and Registered Mail.REFUND POLICY
If the parcel gets seized by customs or is lost for whatever reason, we will reship your order for free.
If you do not pick up your parcel during the hold time it will be shipped back to us. In this case, we do not give the refund.
Returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of brainlabz.ru. If the wrong item shipped we will exchange or refund the purchase.
We must be notified within 7 days of the delivery date if you have any problems or issues with the product
If a refund is deemed necessary then we will manually refund your transaction or the appropriate amount for the returned items. Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on the “no sell” list. We do not tolerate scammers and “testers”. Refunds will only be issued after the items have been returned to us. Thus said, 99.9% of all issues are resolved by simply communicating with us. If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel your order then please email us at sale@brainlabz.ru and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
All items are shipped safely and in a manner that ensures safe arrival. If for any reason this is not the case then please email us and we will work with you. Each case is handled individually.
If a product is missing from your order then please contact us and once we verify the legitimacy of the claim then we will send the missing item to you. All orders are documented weighed and photographed prior to shipping to avoid fraudulent claims
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
If you are from the US, there is no reason to worry as we have not experienced any negative issues ever. Moreover, we guarantee full refund/free reshipment if anything happens.
There is no reason for your package to get seized unless the supplements are scheduled under your country’s laws.
In order to ensure faster delivery and to avoid issues in certain countries, we mark all our parcels as gifts.
